Person A has multiple credit card balances on high interest credit cards and Person B has a credit card with a much lower interest rate. Due to a poor credit history, Person A can’t obtain a low interest credit card. Is it possible to transfer Person A’s balance to Person B’s low interest card and have Person A pay Person B the monthly payments to pay down their high interest balances?

This is only possible if Person B add Person A as an authorized user on the account. After adding Person A to Person B’s account, Person A can then transfer the balance to Person B’s account without any problem. Transferring balance can only be done if the names on the account are the same or making Person A authorized on the account. Person A can check the remaining balance whenever he wants and make payments as well without any problem.
